"Jimmy Butler ENOUGH is ENOUGH!": Stephen A Smith talks about how the Heat star has to show up and lead his team against the Milwaukee Bucks

NBA Analyst and co-host of First Take, Stephen A Smith goes off about how jimmy Butler has to show up and rise to the occasion

The Miami Heat have not had a start they would have hoped for in the playoffs. The Miami Heat are matched up against the Milwaukee Bucks in what is a rematch of the last year’s Eastern Conference Semi-Finals. Back then, the 5th seeded Miami Heat took down the top-seeded Bucks to move on to the Eastern Conference Finals, and then the NBA Finals. However, this year around, things look different.

The Milwaukee Bucks took the first two games of the series. The first game was an OT thriller, with the Bucks edging a 109-107 win. The second game was not so close. The Bucks blew out the Heat 132-98. Jimmy Butler had a disappointing 10 points in the blowout loss, shooting 4/10 from the field.

Stephen A Smith wants Jimmy Butler to rise up

We all know what Jimmy Butler is capable of when he makes his mind. He was one of the main reasons the Heat made their way to the NBA Finals last year. He was the reason the Lakers could not seal the deal before 6 games. Butler had multiple 40 point games in his first-ever Finals. However, these two games have shown us a totally different Jimmy. Combined in the two games, he has shot 8/32 from the field and averaged just 13.5 points.

Stephen A Smith understands what Butler is capable of, and he wants Jimmy to show up. The Heat are down two games, and with the series moving to Miami now, it’s now or never for the Heat.

Heat does have incredible players like Bam Adebayo, Goran Dragic, Andre Iguodala, but still, it’s Butler who has to rise up. He is the face of their franchise, and he needs to lead the others. With a few days off before Game 3, Butler and co. would have time to recalibrate and refocus.
