Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife and Real Housewives of Miami star Larsa Pippen has been in the news for some unique reasons. In January 2023, Pippen had revealed that she was in a relationship with Marcus Jordan, Michael Jordan’s 32-year-old son. Apart from the age gap between them, the fact that her ex-husband was ex-teammates with Jordan has also led to speculation about the relationship. Regardless, Marcus and Larsa have started their own podcast recently, titled “In the Name of Love and Babies on The Brain.” The latter spoke about her relationship with Scottie Pippen previously, claiming that she had felt “empty inside” during her marriage with Scottie. The confession came just days before Larsa got to claim a part of Scottie Pippen’s $471,000 pension fund.

Larsa Pippen and Scottie Pippen had married back in 1997. The two have three children together and ended up filing for divorce in 2018. This was after periods of reconciliation leading to the eventual decision to end the marriage.

Larsa said that the former Chicago Bulls legend might be a great player, but that did not mean that he was great during their marriage. Larsa also confessed her unhappiness during her marriage, claiming that she was open to having babies with Marcus Jordan.
Regardless, the confession come just days before reports claimed that Larsa had already been awarded a part of Scottie’s $470k pension fund. Daily Loud revealed that she had been added as an “alternate payee” of Scottie’s Chicago Bulls 401k Savings Plan Trust.

What’s more, Marcus even joked about having babies with Larsa, who was not taken aback by the suggestion. Instead, she claimed that the pair had to rush because the “clock was ticking.”
Regardless, while the two are obviously happy together, Scottie Pippen is bound to be hurt. His former connection with Michael Jordan, as well as Larsa being his ex-wife, puts the Bulls legend in an awkward situation.
