Michael Jordan's Son Marcus Plans Birthing 'Basketball Roster' With Larsa Pippen After She Confessed Unhappiness With Scottie Pippen: "Time is Clicking"

Michael Jordan’s son, Marcus, and Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife, Larsa Pippen, have become a highly talked-about couple in the basketball community. They share a strong bond and even host a podcast called “Separation Anxiety.” In a recent podcast episode, Larsa and Marcus explored the idea of starting a family together. During the conversation, Larsa disclosed how the Kardashians influenced her decision to undergo an egg retrieval procedure, resulting in the preservation of 11 eggs. This revelation prompted a lighthearted response from Marcus, who humorously entertained the idea of having a basketball team’s worth of children with Larsa.

In their podcast, Larsa and Marcus often delve into personal and intimate aspects of their relationship. This particular episode delved into their aspirations of parenthood and the various possibilities they envision for their future as parents together.

Marcus Jordan jokes about raising a basketball roster together with Larsa Pippen

In the most recent episode of the podcast “Separation Anxiety,” Larsa Pippen openly shared her experience with the egg retrieval procedure and the role the Kardashians played in influencing her decision.

The technique involves using an ultrasound probe to collect eggs from a woman’s follicles, preserving them for in vitro fertilization (IVF). Larsa underwent this procedure a decade ago when she was 38 years old. Reflecting on her journey, Larsa expressed the following sentiment:

“So I was in LA, and I was filming with the Kardashians. And they were doing the whole egg retrieval thing. And So I went to the doctor with them while we were filming, and I was like ‘Oh maybe I should do it too.’ Cause what happens if I end up with someone who doesn’t have kids? And so I did it. I did it once, I ended up with 11 eggs.”

Marcus couldn’t help but find amusement in the fact that Larsa had saved enough eggs to potentially form an entire basketball roster. Considering that NBA and NCAA teams typically have rosters of around 15 players, with 13 getting dressed for game day and five actually playing on the court, Marcus playfully responded:

“You know there’s definitely thoughts that I’m having around. Is it a possibility? How soon? you know.”

To this, Larsa Pippen does not rule out the possibility of the same. She replies to Marcus:

“But just so you know, time is clicking. It’s definitely ticking and clicking.”

Larsa Pippen already has four children, one of whom is Scotty Pippen Jr. The fans who commented on the podcast episode expressed their enthusiasm for Marcus’ light-hearted suggestion and showed eagerness to witness the couple create a beautiful and loving family together.

Michael Jordan’s son and Larsa Pippen have deterred all odds in this relationship

Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen’s relationship sparked in 2022 when they were seen having lunch together. Right from the beginning, their connection faced controversy, as some fans disapproved of Larsa’s involvement with Michael Jordan’s son. During a San Diego Chargers game that same year, while the couple was in attendance, a fan heckled Larsa and made a derogatory comment, saying:

“Hey Larsa, that’s what you’re doing? You’re with the boy, Mike’s son?”

Larsa and Marcus have maintained a healthy relationship despite all odds. The couple has started several ventures together, including their podcast, to display their love and affection for each other against all such adversaries.
