“LeBron James Is Wildin’!”: Savannah James Remains In Disbelief Of Her Husband’s Reverse Alley-Oop At Age 38

LeBron James has been defying what it means to age as an athlete in the NBA. While Tom Brady continues to throw TDs to Mike Evans as a 45-year-old, James, who just turned 38 a couple days back, has registered back-to-back 40+ point games. His most recent was in Charlotte where he dropped 43 on 16-26 shooting from the field.

On his birthday, when he turned 38, he became the only person other than Michael Jordan and Jamal Crawford to record 47+ points at that age or older. During his postgame availability following that 47-point explosion, Dennis Schroder revealed that James told him he’d go for 40+ that game.

Both Bron’s wife, Savannah, and his mother, Gloria, were present on his birthday to watch him drop nearly 50 points. Now, with James going off against the Hornets in a 6-point win, Savannah shows her support for her husband on social media.

Savannah James praises LeBron James and his play against the Hornets

Having been together for over 2 decades, both Savannah James and LeBron James are each other’s support systems to the fullest. So, seeing the former post a video of her husband going off against Charlotte was quite heartwarming to see.

It wasn’t just any video however. It was a clip of 38-year-old LeBron going up for a reverse alley-oop. No man in the history of the NBA has been able to do what James just did in that clip at that age.

The clip was also shared by ‘CuffsTheLegend’, a podcaster who is close with both LeBron and Kevin Durant. So it makes sense as to why Savannah shared a video of him reacting to James with the caption, ‘Wildin’.

The Lakers go back home

LeBron James and the purple and gold have been on a couple brutal Eastern Conference road trips this past month. James expressed his excitement with going back home to LA for the next few games and spending time with his family once again.

They’ll go on to host the Miami Heat at Crypto.com arena this Thursday.
