“Lebron James Made Draymond Green Submissive”: NBA Fans Call Out Gsw’s Star for Apologizing to Kyrie Irving After Argument With Kevin Durant

The Golden State Warriors may have suffered their worst loss in recent years tonight. The way Brooklyn toyed with them almost made everyone forget they were playing the defending champions. With such an overwhelming defeat, the Warriors’ players were sure to retort in some way or the other.

In fact, Draymond Green, who is known for his tenacity, went after former teammate Kevin Durant. He was trash-talking the slim reaper until Kyrie Irving stepped in. The surprising bit about it all was how as soon as Irving stepped in, Green changed his attitude.

He immediately apologized to Irving. Now, knowing Dray, there is a high chance he was being sarcastic. Though, that is not the sentiment many fans share.

Draymond Green apologized to Kyrie Irving

NBA Fans were amused by the interaction between Irving and Green. They took to Twitter to share their disappointment with the Warriors’ star. Much of the surprise was based on the past such back and forth involving Draymond Green.

No fan had ever seen him apologize. Often called out for his preferential treatment towards LeBron James, it’s likely that he did so for his ‘close friend’ who is also friends with Kyrie Irving. But the fans are definitely not treating it as a heartwarming gesture.

Other fans, who weren’t as convinced with Dary’s sincerity, called him out for talking trash despite a humiliating loss.

Brooklyn Nets humiliated the defending champions

Brooklyn Nets scored an incredible 91 points in the first half to GSW’s 51. This was the third most points a team scored by halftime.

Durant was extraordinary and dropped 21 points in the first half. He did not play for long after that considering the humongous lead the Nets had built. Without Curry, the Dubs looked like a poverty franchise instead of defending champions.
