LeBron James new mansion: Lakers star buys 13,000 sq. ft. Beverly Hills house for $39 million
LeBron James new mansion: The Lakers star has gone ahead and bought a new, stunning $39 million house for himself in Beverly Hills.
The kid from Akron has come a long way from his humble beginnings and reportedly has bought a massive, 13000 sq. ft. mansion in Beverly Hills.
LeBron James seems to be extending his stay in the city of LA. “King” James is in contract to buy a mansion in Beverly Hills from the estate of a fabled soap opera creator Lee Phillip Bell. Lee is the co-creator of “The Bold and the Beautiful”. The 3-time NBA champion also owns two massive properties in Brentwood worth a combined $43 million.
LeBron James’ new mansion and its amenities
The home at 9955 Beverly Grove Dr. was last listed at a massive $39 million. The property is made on a 2.5 acre plot and has seven fireplaces, a pool house with two baths, lighted tennis court, and screening room. However several twitters users quickly pointed out the lack of a basketball court.
Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos had previously signed a contract to buy it for $90 million but backed out from it later. LeBron certainly seems to be establishing himself in LA. With touted projects in Hollywood, this certainly seems the biggest step in that direction.
