His toe appears to be bent out of shape, and the tendons on his foot have caused his toes to be pulled upwards. However, that does not mean that LeBron needs surgery for his foot. It’s the deformation on his foot that helps him play the way he does. Bron uses the heel and ankle to generate power when he explodes on the basketball floor. With how his foot is shaped, it is perfect for the 4x MVP to go light on his toes and put more load on his rear half.
According to a famous podiatrist, LeBron getting surgery for his feet might be very harmful, especially this late in his career. It would hamper the way he plays, and stop him from being so explosive on the floor.

Are Nike LeBrons responsible for LBJ’s feet?
If you are wondering if his tight shoes have caused his feet to become this way, then you don’t have to worry about that. Bron’s foot deformity has not been caused by his shoes. In fact, the same podiatrist explained how his Player Exclusive shoes are made to fit his feet perfectly. They rather help him play better.
He then went on to explain why LeBrons have an Air Max module. This is to compliment his playstyle. Since the King has no problem generating his own energy, the Air Max modules help take load off his feet when he lands after an explosive attack to the rim.
TLDR: Don’t worry about buying shoes. They’re not the reason behind the foot deformities.
