"Look Me in the Eye, Jamal Crawford!": Shaquille O'Neal Pulls Insane Prank on Inside the NBA Rookie as Welcome

The lead crew of Inside the NBA is peak basketball television. Sure, their analysis may not be the greatest, and yes, sometimes they don’t even remember players’ names. But the humor in the spectacle they put on every night is undeniable.

However, father time is a cruel, cruel person. Every member of the cast is getting old, calling their future with TNT into question. And so, the company has decided to bring on some new blood in the form of former NBA player, Jamal Crawford.

Now, other members of the Inside the NBA cast from today had all wished Crawford a hearty welcome in the form of a little video. But Shaq himself wasn’t a part of it.

And as it turned out, it was because the man was planning something very mischievous to take place during the show.

Shaquille O’Neal celebrates the onboarding of Jamal Crawford with something falling right out of the sky

Shaquille O’Neal is a grand man. Whatever he does is never average. No, the man absolutely loves to make everything he does a little more dramatic than it needs to be. And of course, given the big-hearted person that he is, it can breed some hilarious moments.

So, when Jamal Crawford came on, why would Shaq take part in some pesky, tiny little video?

Instead, the man planned something pretty big in advance. And when it happened, while there was a little delay, we’d say it all went down better than any expectations O’Neal had.

Take a look at it all go down in the YouTube clip below.

With all that popcorn, frankly, we’re a bit surprised nobody picked up and ate some.

But perhaps that’s a good thing, considering how many kids watch the show.

There can be some fun, but Shaquille O’Neal would never teach kids a bad lesson, after all.

Shaquille O’Neal may love kids, but he doesn’t ease up on his own

Shaquille O’Neal has built up quite a fortune, $400 million specifically.

Now, in most families, it may mean that all his kids are unconditionally rich alongside him. However, Shaq does things very differently.

Take a look at the YouTube clip to see the man explain his methods.

Now, some may find a problem in how the man raises his children. And admittedly, the differences in how he raises his kids on the basis of gender aren’t the fairest.

However, from what has been seen so far, all his kids seem to have their heads screwed on straight. So, perhaps his policies are far better than how much credit they are given.
