“Michael Jordan is in a tier by himself”: Jamal Crawford places Bulls legend as the GOAT above LeBron James despite Lakers star’s 4th championship win
Jamal Crawford believes that Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan stands alone as the Greatest to ever do it, over LeBron James.
Michael Jordan is known by many to be the greatest to ever do it by many in the NBA community. Especially for some of the older fans who had seen his Airness’s greatness unfold seem to hold this opinion.
But, among many of the younger viewers, the dominance the player exuded during his career wasn’t quite as well understood. This is where the Last Dance documentary did a brilliant job.
It connected to audiences both young and old and helped them understand how incredible the career of Jordan was, and what he means to the sport.
And it seems one of the clips has ignited something Jamal Crawford recently as well. The player shared the clip on his Twitter and had a very interesting and divisive statement to go along with it.
Jamal Crawford puts Michael Jordan above everybody else in the GOAT conversation
Jamal Crawford himself had an excellent career in the NBA. His handles are some of the best the league has ever seen, and the player even accumulated 3 6th man of the year awards. Overall, the 41-year-old is one of the most respected voices in the NBA community today.
With that in mind, he may have just massively swayed the GOAT conversation in Michael Jordan’s direction. And here is what he recently posted on Twitter to cause that.
I’ve watched this a million times, and still get chills everytime. It’s a shame social media has ever allowed him to be compared to anyone. He’s by himself, always will be…just the facts. https://t.co/9wwpXyPPbu

We certainly can’t hold it against Jamal Crawford to hold the Chicago Bulls legend in such high regard. The player is regarded as the arguable GOAT for a reason after all.
However, many fans will disagree with this statement. LeBron James has had a long and illustrious career as well, and still continues to perform at a high level. The player, at 36, is still the best player on a championship team. So, we believe it would be fair to say that he is at least close to the same level as Michael Jordan was.
Many different people will have many different opinions on this topic. And while some fans may want to see one picked over the other completely, we do think it’s fun to keep comparing the two players as much as we can. That’s just the most fun debate within the NBA community.
