Michael Jordan's Son Marcus Confesses Using 'Bahamas Trip' to Hit on Larsa Pippen After Her Emphatic Disagreement

Marcus Jordan, the son of legendary basketball player Michael Jordan is currently in a very controversial relationship. Marcus is dating Larsa Pippen, the ex-wife of Scottie Pippen. Since they began seeing each other earlier this year, they have received a ton of backlash and criticism. This prompted the two to create a podcast named Separation Anxiety where they could share details about their relationship. And, it is here that they discussed how it all began, including the fact that Marcus took advantage of a trip to the Bahamas to hit on Larsa.

The primary reason why their relationship has been under such scrutiny is because of the connection between MJ and Scottie. Seeing as the two were former teammates on the Bulls and won six championships together, it made for an awkward dynamic. As such, the two decided it was necessary for them to share their side of the story.

Marcus Jordan reveals he used a trip to the Bahamas to hit on Larsa Pippen

The relationship between Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen has been highly publicized. The two started their relationship back at the beginning of the year, and many have criticized it. After all, Marcus is the son of NBA GOAT, Michael Jordan, and Larsa happens to be Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife.

However, in spite of all the backlash, both Marcus and Larsa continue to go out with each other. That being said, they felt the need to clarify some details about their relationship. So, they started their own podcast.

Titled Separation Anxiety, the podcast is meant to be a space for them to share their thoughts with the public. And, in the first episode, the two addressed how they began their relationship, including Larsa’s initial disagreement and how Marcus finally won her over. He even confessed to taking advantage of a Bahamas trip to hit on her.

Larsa Pippen: “It’s crazy because I kind of thought you were like my homie for a long time. And, when I would talk about you, I would tell all my girlfriends. I’d be like, “You have to date Marcus because he’s hot, he’s smart, he’s cute…like he’s amazing! And, I feel like you guys, one of my close friends should date him.” And you know I thought really highly of you for me to tell my friends that, but I didn’t want the smoke!”

Marcus Jordan: “I’d say I made the first move. Because I do remember going on a trip to the Bahamas and taking a big group of friends. And, I hit you with the DM just saying, “Hey look we’re going to the Bahamas, you’re more than welcome to come, it’s gonna be a good time.” And so, I’d say that probably was the first move.”

It seems like the two are in it for the long haul. And although they have been dating for a while now, it still doesn’t sit well with many people. Especially those who are close to MJ and Pippen.

Marcus and Larsa have been dating for five months now but are still facing heavy criticism

It has been five months since Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen started dating. The two got together in December of 2022 and look madly in love. However, despite being involved for quite some time now, there are plenty of people who are still critical of their relationship. NBA legends like Shaquille O’Neal and Jalen Rose have voiced their distaste for the same.

It certainly must be tough hearing criticism from all directions. Nevertheless, it looks like the two are unbothered by this and will continue seeing each other regardless of what others have to say.
