What is exciting about this year’s edition is that 2K is coming out with two versions of the game. The current-gen and the next-gen versions. Along with a “Mamba forever” edition honoring Kobe Bryant.

NBA 2K21 Mamba Forever edition Release date and price
The game launches on 4th September 2020. This will be the current-generation version that will launch on PS4 and Xbox One.
It is priced at $59.99.The next-gen version will be priced at$69.99.
And the “Mamba Forever” edition is priced at $99.99.The Mamba Forever Edition comes with dual access to next-gen consoles too.
The next-gen version games will be available once the new PS5 and Xbox Series X during the holidays.
NBA 2K21 Cover athletes
2K21 will have 3 different versions with 3 different cover athletes.
The current- generation standard edition will feature TrailBlazers star, Damian Lillard.
The next-generation standard edition will feature rookie superstar, Zion Williamson.
And the “Mamba Forever” edition will be honoring Kobe Bryant. The legendary Lakers star passed away tragically earlier this year.
