The Lakers bounced back in their second scrimmage, winning 119-112 against the Magic in the NBA bubble on Saturday. The Wizards, meanwhile, have lost 2 out of their two scrimmages.
The Clippers defeated the Wizards 105-100. While LeBron’s Lakers have found their feet in the second game, the same cannot be said of the Wizards. They looked completely off in their defeat to the Clippers. So, a victory in the final scrimmage is quintessential for the Wizards to go into the restart with the right morale.

The Lakers on the other hand look a well settled unit, with both JR Smith and Dion Waiters doing a decent enough job. However, if they want to push for the title, they too will need to step up their overall game.

What to expect from the Lakers vs Wizards Scrimmage?
Kyle Kuzma, who exploded in the second scrimmage is expected to get more floor time for the Lakers. He shot 4 3-pointers in the first quarter and ended the match with 25 points. He also helped his team out defensively. We can certainly expect an equally amazing performance from him in this game too. A lot rests on his shoulders going into the restart, as he gives another offensive option to the Lakers besides AD and LeBron.

LeBron, who looked a bit rusty in the first two games, will be hoping that the final game can help him get into the groove for the NBA restart. With AD nursing a calf injury, LeBron will anyway have to take up most of the scoring mantle. Markieff Morris is also expected to make his bubble debut.

Rai Hachimura, who looked amazing in the first half against Clippers will definitely have to up his game if his team stands a chance of beating the mighty Lakers. Issac Bonga, their best player in the previous scrimmage, will also look to turn the heat up against the Lakers. We can expect more drives from him and attempts to penetrate against the Lakers.
How will the teams Line up?
The Lakers have confirmed that Anthony Davis will not return in this game for the Lakers. It seems they are being cautious and making sure he will be fully fit when the season resumes. It will be interesting to see if Vogel inserts Markieff in the first team or makes his start from the bench.
Washington Wizards: Napier, Bryant, Hachimura, Robinson, Beal
Los Angeles Lakers: LeBron James, KCP, JaVale McGee, Markieff Morris, Danyy Green
