OKC Thunder vs Sixers Scrimmage TV Schedule

Day 5 of the NBA restart will tip-off with a scrimmage between the OKC Thunder and the Sixers. Here we look at the preview and TV Schedule for the game.

Both teams come to their second scrimmage game with a victory in the first. OKC Thunder thrashed the Celtics 98-84 in the first scrimmage, while the Sixers secured a 90-83 victory over the Grizzlies. However, unlike the other games which have been played so far, the Thunder will play the standard 12-minute quarter against the Sixers.

Thunder had an incredible start to their scrimmage. They outscored the Celtics in all the four quarters, and we can certainly expect their form and momentum to take over in their tip-off against the 76ers on Sunday.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with 17 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists. Steven Adams matched his 17 points while shooting 8-of-11 from the field. Abdel Nader, who came off the bench added 11 points to the tally.

Where to watch OKC Thunder vs Sixers Scrimmage on TV and Online?

The game is expected to tip-off on Sunday, July 26 at 11 AM ET.

NBA fans from across the world can watch the game live on Sunday on the NBA TV with the help of the NBA League Pass. NBA TV is available on the NBA Website and the official App and you can watch on any smartphone, tablet or gaming consoles.

The game will also be live-streamed on okcthunder.com and the Thunder mobile App.

How the teams will lineup?

Sixers’ Ben Simmons played as a power forward in the first scrimmage. He also attempted two 3-pointers. Coach Brett Brown also said that Simmons has had a “paradigm shift” about shooting 3-pointers. So, we can expect more than a few attempts from behind the arc by him in Sunday’s game.

Simmons’ move to the power forward position is helping the Sixers as a team and they will be hoping that this can help them go deep into the playoffs.

The Thunders’ backup centre Nerlens Noel, who sat out the previous game due to an ankle injury is expected to make a comeback for them in the second scrimmage.

Predicted Starting Lineups

Philadelphia 76ers: Shake Milton, Josh Richardson, Tobias Harris, Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid.

Oklahoma City Thunder: Shai-Gilgeous Alexander, Dennis Schroder, and Steve Adams, Chris Paul, Luguentz Dort.
