“She got a ring first”: Clippers’ Paul George mocks himself on Instagram after engagement with Daniela Rajic
Paul George pokes fun at himself by taking to Instagram to say his fiancée got a ring before he could win an NBA championship.
The Los Angeles Clippers were the most hyped up team going into the 2019-20 NBA season. With the Clippers signing reigning Finals MVP Kawhi Leonard and MVP candidate Paul George, expectations were through the roof for the Clips.
However, their whole season came crashing down in merely the 2nd round as they blew a 3-1 lead to the Denver Nuggets. Paul George was especially miserable, notching just 10 points in game 7.
His abysmal performances earned him the nickname ‘Pandemic P’ and he was continuously bashed online.
Now, with wedding bells in the near future for George, he looks to find some levity in it all.

What’s next for Paul George?
PG is entering the 3rd year of his 4 year/ $136 million deal. As the offseason goes on, the trade rumor mill has been churning out more and more scenarios.
Rumors such as Chris Paul to the Clippers or Russell Westbrook to the Clippers have gained a reasonable amount of traction. This would mean, if any of these were to go down, the asking price might involve Paul George.
