'Skip Bayless to be banned for misleading statements on LeBron James': Shannon Sharpe lays into co-host over 'Kevin Durant is best player' comment

Shannon Sharpe is baying for Undisputed co-host Skip Bayless’ blood, joking that he’ll report his co-host for spreading misleading statements.

Skip Bayless is not a LeBron James fan. This is something that is well established, over the entire course of LeBron James’ career. In the latest episode of Undefeated, Shannon Sharpe wore a goat face cover and a crown on top of it. It was clear that Sharpe was calling ‘King’ James the GOAT.

However, Skip acted dumb and pretended as if Sharpe is calling Tom Brady the GOAT. Sharpe kept a LeBron James figurine, and a small board reading ‘Club Shay featuring GOAT James’.

“We’re going to get Skip Bayless banned”: Shannon Sharpe

Ever since Kevin Durant and the Nets are healthy again, Skip has been picking them as favorites to go all the way and take down the defending champions. However, the Lakers have shown how much their roster has improved over the offseason and currently boast the best record in the league(14-4).

Despite all this, and LeBron scoring 46 big points against the Cavs, Skip keeps calling Kevin Durant the best player in the NBA. Shannon warns Skip that he would be banned from Twitter if he keeps claiming KD is the best player in the NBA, for spreading misleading statements.

Skip held his ground and asked how his statement is misleading. Kevin Durant has made a wonderful comeback from his Achilles injury and is putting up MVP numbers. KD has averaged 30.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 5.8 assists per game this season.

Even though Kevin Durant has looked as good as ever in his return, the King in his last few games asserted why he holds the title. LBJ put up 34 against the Bucks, shooting 6/10 from the deep, and he scored 46 against the Cavs.

The debate on who is the best player in the league currently is one that is as pointless as the GOAT debate. The greatness of these players should be enjoyed instead of being compared and minimalized.
