Taking a Break From Celebrating $191,000,000 Signings, LeBron James Shares ‘Wholesome’ Moment Between Bryce and Zhuri

It seems like LeBron James is happy with the Lakers’ free-agency moves thus far. He has been putting up stories about the players that the Lakers have signed or re-signed. Meanwhile, Bryce Maximus, who has also been targeting the NBA draft like his elder brother, has been getting massive hype from the fans and media. Bryce was playing at the Nike EYBL Peach Jam game, and the entire James gang was in attendance. According to the reports, NBA scouts were actually attracted to the son of the Lakers superstar. And as a father, nothing matters more than the happiness of his children. He shared a picture of a very wholesome moment between his son and his daughter, Zhuri.

During free agency, the Lakers made a total of $191,000,000 in signings. They re-signed Rui Hachimura, D’Angelo Russell, and Austin Reaves. They also signed some new names from different teams, like Jaxson Hayes, Cam Reddish, Gabe Vincent, Taurean Prince, and Shaquille Harrison. It’s quite apparent that the team has utilized free agency nicely. Due to this, the four-time NBA champion has been extremely happy with the franchise.

LeBron James’ son Bryce Maximus is top priority for NBA scouts

In the Nike Peach Game on Monday, Bryce played for team SFG (Strive For Greatness). To the interest of many, LeBron and his former teammate Rajon Rondo were seen coaching the team. In the 16 and under division match, he scored 12 points, which attracted many NBA scouts, as well as attention from the media. Krysten Peek of Yahoo Sports also said that a lot of teams in the league, and more surprisingly, the Lakers, also expressed interest in the young star.

Scouts from the Lakers, Magic, Cavaliers, Mavericks, Heat, Knicks, Suns, Hawks, and other teams all made James a priority on Day 1 of games,” Peek wrote.

However, before being a basketball player and a businessman, the King is a family man and a great father. It is always a treat for a father to see his flesh and blood, sharing cute sibling moments together. And much to Lebron’s happiness, that’s what happened during the Peach Jam Game, as the tweet by @NBACelebsUpdate shows. He shared a picture of his little daughter Zhuri hugging her brother on the court and reacted with a purple heart. It was definitely a wholesome moment and one of the happiest moments for a father.

LeBron James knows how to hype up his sons and he has done it beautifully

Being LeBron James’ son is a highlight on its own. However, being the father that he is, he makes sure that his son’s dreams are also his. He has been a pillar of support for his son’s dreams of joining the NBA. He successfully got his elder son in the 2024 draft prospect reports and in the eyes of the NBA scouts. Now he is supporting and hyping up his younger son, Bryce Maximus. His presence and the hype that he has created have already led NBA scouts to be interested in Bryce. In a recent Twitter post, LBJ even replied to a post by Slam HS Hoop, writing, “His turn NOW!! Let’s go Maximus.

James is a basketball savant, and he certainly knows the importance of media hype. And he has used his larger-than-life personality and presence perfectly to create much-needed hype around his sons.
