As tension heats up for the contest, the Baby-Faced Assassin was seen practicing to avoid the $5.4 million loss he suffered a few years back.

In 2020, the 6-foot-2 shifty guard paired up with Peyton Manning against the Charles Barkley-Phil Mickelson duo in a charity golf game. “The Match: Champions for Change” managed to raise $5.4 million during the clash. With Barkley and Mickelson emerging victorious, Curry was unable to choose a charity of his choice.
This time around, putting in the work well in advance of the clash, Steph is aiming to redeem himself by securing the win.

Steph is determined to grab the win this time round. Not wanting to repeat the failure he sustained three years ago, the two-time NBA Most Valuable Player has been working on his swing under the guidance of Alex Riggs, a distinguished golf coach.

Charles Barkley picks the NFL stars to defeat the Splash Brothers
On his recent appearance on Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast, Sir Charles gave his predictions for the highly anticipated golf battle. One of the commentators for the contest, The Round Mound of Rebound has put his money on the NFL stars. Barkley said on the podcast:
“I think the football players are going to win. No, seriously. I know Steph is really good. I don’t know anything about Klay. He is kind of a dark horse. I have played with your brother and Patrick. They going to be alright. I think they are going to play good enough.”
Curry has been proving his naysayers wrong ever since he was drafted back in 2009. With the odds stacked up against him, it will be incredible if he manages to do the same on the golf greens as well.
