Last night, Draymond Green and the Warriors were in Milwaukee, where they took on Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks. The 2022 NBA Champions could not start off their six-game Eastern road trip the way they would have hoped. The Bucks handed the guests a 128-111 defeat.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led the charge and put up 30 points, 12 rebounds, and five assists. On the other hand, despite having five players score in double digits, the Warriors just couldn’t keep up.
One thing that may have thrown the players off could have been the copious amount of unnecessary Technical fouls assessed early into the game. Another one could have been the interaction that happened between Draymond Green and a fan.
“What’s that pass? What’s the pass? I would love to know what that pass is. You ain’t sh*t… I thought so. Explain yourself if you want to be heard.”

Stephen Curry reacted to what the fan told Draymond Green
After the game, Draymond Green spoke to Anthony Slater of The Athletic. Green shared how the fan threatened his life and how that made him feel.
“Some threatening stuff to my life. I was this close to really going back, diving all the way in, but I kinda just went back, told the official. When I told the official what he said, he’s like ‘He gotta get outta here.’ “

It was very clear that what the fan did was unacceptable.
During the game, after Draymond told the referees what had happened, he ran back on defense, where Steph asked him about the same.
From this video and Stephen Curry’s reaction, you could see how bad things were.

What happened was an unfortunate incident, and frankly, the fans should do better. Just because they’re paying for these expensive seats does not give them the right to say things of that nature to anyone, let alone a player.
Stephen A Smith stands up for Draymond
On today’s episode of First Take, Stephen A Smith spoke about what happened in Milwaukee last night. He stood up for Draymond Green and talked about how unruly the fans have become.
For any fan to get nasty at the opponent team’s players or staff is something which is truly disgusting. Hopefully, after seeing the fans getting ejected as of late, the fans would do better.
