“Drug Testing Nikola Jokic Would Show 3L Of Coke”: Nuggets MVP’s Questionable Diet Brought To The Fore Amidst LeBron James-Lakers Sweep

Even though Nikola Jokic has two MVPs in his trophy cabinet, the Denver Nuggets big man has always been chastised and discounted for not being able to lead his team deep into the playoffs. However, that narrative is set to undergo a major change. Proving all his naysayers wrong, the Joker has finally led the Colorado side to be crowned Western Conference Champions. Now, the 5-time All-Star remains just one win away from leading the franchise to its first-ever NBA title. Considered to be the best player in the world by many, let’s find out where Nikola lives.

Jokic was the 41st pick of the 2014 NBA Draft. While the Nuggets were a mediocre team for the initial few years of his career, they have been witnessing some success for the past few years, with the franchise sticking with their core stars for the past few years.

Even though Mike Malone’s boys have been consistently finishing the regular season in the upper echelons of the West, for several seasons, they have never been able win it all. However, with the golden opportunity to lift the Larry O’Brien trophy this year, Jokic and Co are currently making good use of their resources, leading the series 3-1 going back to Denver. Aiming to become the fifth Serb to win an NBA title, we now dive deep into the Joker’s abode.

Nikola Jokic lives in a massive mansion

Born in Sombor, Serbia, the 6-foot-11 big man has built a house on the five plots of land he had purchased in his hometown. Even though he spends the majority of his off-season in Europe, Jokic resides in a mansion in Denver with his family for most parts of the year.

Having purchased a $2.4 million house back in 2019, a year after signing the massive contract extension with the Nuggets, Jokic lives with his wife Natalija Jokic, their daughter, and his two brothers. While we are unaware of the location of the building, according to several reports, the house has 3 bedrooms.

As seen in these photos, the dining area seems to be pretty huge with high ceilings. The magnificent house is located in a beautiful area in Denver, reportedly overlooking a stunning view of nearby mountains.

Earning almost $50 million every year and showing no signs of ever parting ways with the organization, it won’t be a surprise if the 5-time All-NBA player purchases another possibly bigger and more expensive mansion in Colorado.

Why does the Joker wear #15 on his jersey?

We’ve seen Jokic put on #15 on his Nuggets jersey long before he set foot in the NBA. According to The Athletic’s Nick Kosmider, Jokic had to wear the #15 as it was the biggest-sized jersey available on the youth team he was a part of in Serbia.

“Jokic wore it because when he was a kid playing on a youth team in Serbia, the No. 15 was the biggest one the coach had,” Kosmider wrote. “And, well, Jokic was the biggest kid.”

With Carmelo Anthony announcing his retirement a couple of weeks back, fans have been debating whether the franchise will put up Melo’s #15 jersey in the rafters or Jokic’s. To be fair, the 2023 Western Conference Finals MVP has achieved much more in the Denver jersey than Anthony ever did.
