Adrian was suspended by ESPN when Senator Josh Hawley made his email public. Woj had sent a profane mail to the senator in reply to the newsletter published by the latter’s office. Senator Hawley wrote an open letter to the NBA commissioner Adam Silver in which he criticized the league for its connections with China. Josh also questioned the league on allowing social messages to be printed instead of their names on their players’ jerseys.
Why is Woj suspended?
Adrian wrote an abusive mail to the Senator in an uncharacteristic manner. The analyst is widely respected around the league for his reliable information. Woj realized his mistake and issued an apology to the Senator on twitter. However, ESPN suspended him for his immature behavior.

Woj will now travel to the bubble on July 25. ESPN suspended Adrian for being immature and unprofessional but the stars and fans might have forced them to cut down the length of suspension.
NBA will resume on July 30th in Orlando and the 22 teams have landed in the bubble. The league has placed some strict rules to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the bubble. Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks currently top the western and eastern conferences respectively at the moment.
