Upon Terming Aaron Rodgers a "Tinfoil-Hatter," Jimmy Kimmel Got Trashed by the QB's Former Mate David Bakhtiari

Green Bay Packers’ legendary QB Aaron Rodgers may become a free agent for the first time in his life at the end of this season. 18 years after joining the Green Bay outfit, the possibility of him never donning the iconic green jersey in a game is slowly becoming a reality. Although many find it difficult to come to terms with that, It seems Rodgers has already made his peace with such an ending.

During his weekly appearance on ‘The Pat McAfee Show’, Rodgers was asked if he ever thought of himself in another uniform. To which Rodgers said, “You never know. I mean anytime there’s a situation where change is possible, what’s the old adage that people want to say? the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. And I always say, the grass is green where you water it.”

“Change is a part of this business, is a part of life. And I think being open to it and embracing whatever that change looks like is an important part of coming to peace with whatever decision lies ahead of you. And I think that’s the most important kind of peace I want to get to,” he says.

“[It] is mentally feeling good about where I’m at. If I want to hang it up and do that, having the piece to do that. If I want to keep going and understanding all possibilities that are involved,” he added.

Aaron Rodgers to Las Vegas Raiders or the San Francisco 49ers?

It is no surprise that retaining Aaron Rodgers has been a priority for the Packers over the years. In fact, the Packers ensured they renewed Rodgers’ contract a year before it expired. However, this time around, it seems the Packers might just not be able to keep him at Lambeau Field. Both parties have been talking at length to figure out a solution t this conundrum, yet there are no concrete results to show for it.

If there arises a possibility that Rodgers does not remain with the Packers, he will have teams lining up to get their hands on him. There are quite a few teams in desperate need of a quarterback. The most notable ones on the list are the Las Vegas Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers. Not to forget, the Miami Dolphins and the New York Jets might need one too.

While the 49ers and the Jets have inexperienced, fresh QB’s ready to take the helm, they need the experience to guide their offense. Especially the 49ers, who have come so far, even with their rookie ‘Mr. Irrelevant Brock Purdy. He could just become the first-choice QB for them, given how he has been performing.

The Jets are definitely struggling. A few years of playing as Rodgers’ backup will help sophomore QB Zach Wilson get his act together. That could work very well since it has already been reported that the pair share a special bond. The Raiders seem like an improbable destination since they have made clear their intentions of bagging Tom Brady. Which could possibly open up a spot at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Wherever he ends, it will surely be a spectacle to watch Rodgers make the most out of his team. Winning championships seems to be his goal, and he’d want a team that can give him the opportunity to do so. Which city will be lucky enough to have him be their signal caller?
