"Good luck to my friend Harry Kane and Team England": Tom Brady is Rooting for England Ahead of Euro 2020 Final Against Italy

Tom Brady didn’t shy away from announcing his support for Harry Kane and the Three Lions ahead of today’s Euro 2020 final.

Brady is coming off a successful night at the ESPY’s. After winning Super Bowl LV, the Buccaneers were named “Best Team” and Brady made a splash with the individual awards too, winning both “NFL Player of the Year” and “Best Athlete, Men’s Sports”.

After all his winnings last night, the 43-year old QB is ready to show his support for other athletes. Over the years, Brady has built a strong relationship of mutual respect with Tottenham Hotspur FC striker Harry Kane.

Like Brady, Kane is no stranger to individual trophies. He won his third Premier League Golden Boot in May as well as Player of the Year at the London Football awards.

However, Kane has not yet been able to emulate Brady’s team success, considering that he’s yet to win a trophy in his professional career. That being said, he has a great chance to change that tonight.

Tom Brady Expresses Support for England Ahead of Euro 2020 Final

The English skipper will lead his team out today in the Euro 2020 final. It’s the first time the Three Lions have come this far in the tournament, and could possibly end in them winning their first trophy since the famous 1966 World Cup victory.

Tom Brady certainly believes in Kane and the England squad, and voiced his support for them on his Instagram story earlier today. Posting a picture of himself and Kane from a few years ago, the Bucs QB wrote, “Good luck to my friend @HarryKane and team @England. LFG Bring it home!!”

England definitely have a good chance at making history, given they’ve played a strong tournament so far. They conceded only 1 goal in 6 games and, at the time of writing this article, already lead 1-0 after an early goal.
