Odell Beckham Jr. had a run-in with the law over the weekend at the Miami Airport regarding an incident on a plane. There were concerns about how the predicament might impact the free agent’s chances of signing with a team. It appears that the Cowboys don’t give a damn.

On Sunday, Beckham was scheduled to fly from Miami to Los Angeles when police were called to escort him off the plane and through the terminal. The American Airlines crew reportedly called for a medical emergency after expressing concerns that Beckham was “seriously ill” and had been “going in and out of consciousness” prior to takeoff, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department.
According to the airline, Beckham refused to buckle up, causing all the passengers to disembark so Beckham could be taken off the aircraft. When it comes to Beckham, it’s understood that he has since issued a statement from his attorney denying any wrongdoing and accusing an “overzealous flight attendant” of ejecting him from the plane after he allegedly missed seatbelt instructions because he was distracted.

Jerry Jones Still Wants To Add Odell Beckham Jr To The Cowboys Roster
Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, was questioned about the incident during his appearance on 105.3 The Fan on Tuesday. Jones acknowledged that Beckham is still a target for the Cowboys and praised the seasoned wide receiver for his moral character.
Jerry Jones said on 105.3 The Fan that Odell Beckham Jr.’s incident on a flight over the weekend is not an issue to the Cowboys’ interest. “His overall team compatibility, his judgment, his behavior is not an issue with him,” Jones said. “It is with many. It isn’t with him.”

Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, stated emphatically that Beckham’s “behaviour is not an issue” before going on to not only defend him but also highlight his suitability for Dallas. His overall team compatibility, judgement, and behaviour are not a problem, according to Jones. “It happens to many. He isn’t the problem.”
On Monday, questions regarding the Cowboys’ pursuit of the All-Pro wide receiver and whether the incident had any impact on their plans were also directed at head coach Mike McCarthy. McCarthy stated that they were moving “full steam ahead” and that it had no effect.
One of the most sought-after free agents in the league right now is Beckham. After tearing his ACL during Los Angeles’ Super Bowl victory last year, he has been evaluating teams’ interest in him. The Dallas Cowboys are reportedly one of the teams competing for Beckham’s services.
