DeSean Jackson became one of the Rams marquee signings this offseason as the team hopes to make it further than the divisional round in 2021. In his prime, Jackson was one of the best deep-ball threats in the entire league. And he hopes he will be able to return to his elite level with Matthew Stafford at QB.

DeSean Jackson was a stud ever since he entered the league. He led the league in yards per reception 4 times in his career, as recent as 2018 when he was 31 years old. The 3-time Pro Bowler is arguably one of the best deep-ball threats in league history. And even though he will turn 35 this year, Jackson and the Rams still think he can be elite.
Home is where the heart is, and LA Rams WR DeSean Jackson is home. That’s just one of many reasons why Sean McVay’s offense is the perfect gig for him. #LARams #DeSeanJackson #NFLTwitter #RamsHouse

The Los Angeles Rams brought in Matthew Stafford to push them over the NFC’s best in 2021. The 13-year pro finally has a team that is loaded on both sides of the ball. So he’ll definitely be excited about having an elite wideout like Jackson on the roster.
The more I discover about Matthew Stafford, the more optimistic I’m becoming. He’s a great fit for Sean McVay’s offense, and he’s already working on his chemistry with the receivers#MatthewStafford #LARams #NFL https://t.co/8ysSNAyhG1 pic.twitter.com/iyVjcW7B4z

DeSean Jackson is hyped about working with Matthew Stafford.
The Los Angeles Rams had a very good receiving core in 2020. And with Jackson in the mix, the wideout room will get even better. Robert Woods said last month that the team is loaded at the position and Cooper Kupp thinks the versatility of the group is going to be a strength. On Tuesday, DeSean Jackson shared his belief that the Rams are “definitely a scary group” for opposing defences.
“You continue to be great and just throw the ball, and I’m going to continue to be great and just run past everybody and use my speed,” Jackson said, chuckling, during a videoconference with reporters. “I think that’s the good niche about us, we’re just going to be dialed in and just continuously just learn the plays — and once the season starts, we’ll be in rare … form.”

DeSean Jackson has 5 1,000+ yard seasons in his career, which is a testament to his greatness. However, he has only appeared in 8 combined games in the last 2 seasons. So staying healthy will definitely be a concern for both Jackson and the Rams. It should be very fun to see the Rams new loaded offence in 2021.
