Wilson is looking to dominate going into the 2021-22 NFL season. He threw 40 touchdown passes last season, and is looking to go higher than that this year.

Throwing these ‘trust throws’ are extremely difficult. There’s a reason why Wilson has one of the best deep balls in the NFL.

Will Wilson win the MVP award in 2021?

The Seahawks have definitely made changes to the offense in order to bring more firepower. Signing tight end Gerald Everett and drafting speedy receiver D’Wayne Eskridge helped in this.

Also, their new offensive head coach Shane Waldron should help Wilson by providing him creative plays. With the offensive line under a lot of pressure, Wilson could definitely win the MVP award this season.

Seahawks offensive line: is it good enough to protect Wilson?

The Seahawks did trade a 2021 5th round pick to acquire right guard Gabe Jackson, who allowed 0 sacks last season. Duane Brown and Damien Lewis who played excellent last season are set to start this year.

However, right tackle Brandon Shell was riddled with injuries last season while center Ethan Pocic struggled in pass protection as well. Considering if both stay healthy and improve, Wilson shouldn’t have any problems.
