Russell Wilson diet: Broncos QB’s interview with Athletic shows he hacked his body to not poop

Russell Wilson, the starting quarterback of the Denver Broncos may not have had the best NFL season of his career last year, but he did spend some precious moments with his family members. Russell and his singer-wife, Ciara, were by each other’s sides. The NFL couple supported each other when they faced scrutiny.

The Wilsons have always faced every situation together. Hence, when the world was under a global pandemic, they not only came together to bravely face the deadly virus, but also ended up helping several families who were in dire need of support. However, one of the problems which worried the Wilsons sick was the education of their children.

Ciara Wilson explained how she took on the role of an assistant teacher

The 37-year-old gave an exclusive Zoom interview with SELF. In the interview, the ‘Level Up’ singer talked about parenting and how she took care of her children’s education. Russell Wilson and his wife had an important decision to make. They had to decide whether to enroll their older kids, Future and Sienna, in a virtual school or an in-person school.

They finally decided that fully remote learning was the best decision for their family. The reason they came to this decision was because their children have intermittent asthma.

As a result, Ciara became their children’s subordinate teacher. She was responsible for creating a timetable for Future that imitated that of a school throughout the day. Future had to engage in virtual learning for an hour with a private tutor and also make time for physical education and play sports like basketball, baseball, or football. He also had a lunch break in between. “I was literally in class every day making sure he had all his stuff he needs,” she said.

Whereas her daughter, Sienna, was more interested in playing hide and seek underneath her desk than sitting for a 20-minute lesson with her preschool class. “They learned about the letter A and we made homemade applesauce the other week, which was really fun. She’s following along with some of what her classmates are doing at school, but we’re just doing it at home.”

Mrs. Wilson addresses the selective criticism she faced over her Vanity Fair after-party dress

The Grammy-winning singer/songwriter wore a controversial outfit to the Vanity Fair Oscars party on March 12. Ciara wore a stunning crosshatch gown by Dundas. She paired the dress with Santoni high-heeled shoes. The material of the dress was sheer and studded with jewels. It hugged her body perfectly; showcasing her famous curves.

Although many stars wore risque outfits to the party, none seemed to cause the controversy that Ciara’s dress did. Her name was quick to trend on social media. She received a lot of criticism for flaunting her amazing figure.

Hence, to respond to the buzz around her dress, she uploaded a TikTok about the situation. In the TikTok video, she walked on an imaginary red carpet while a soundtrack that sounded like paparazzi calling out for her played. Additionally, she wore a white bedsheet as her dress. She twirled in her “outfit” and posed for the imaginary cameras. She captioned the video, “Selective outrage.”
