Charles Barkley Labels Tom Brady As The Best Athlete Across Sports
Charles Barkley usually doesn’t speak up when it comes to NFL players, but he had something to say following Tom Brady’s performance yesterday.
Brady is widely considered to be the greatest player in NFL history. His seven rings is more than any NFL franchise, and he owns several NFL regular season and playoff passing records.
In short, if you ever wanted to pen someone down to make the Hall of Fame, Tom Brady is your guy. He’s done it all, and he’s done it for a long time. After 20 years with the New England Patriots, Brady made the stunning move to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this year.
In his first season, with no offseason due to the pandemic, Brady took the Bucs to the Super Bowl, winning it all as he had done so often with the Patriots. However, while his legacy in the NFL is more than cemented, several people don’t consider Brady to be the greatest athlete all around.
This includes LeBron James who felt like Brady shouldn’t belong in the conversation since he only plays offense and not defense for his team.
Charles Barkley is not one of those people. The former NBA legend and current analyst didn’t mince words when it came to labeling just how great Brady truly is.
