UFC’s poster boy, ‘The Notorious’ Connor McGregor is coming out with a new series based on his career and Tom Brady can’t wait to watch it. The NFL superstar shared glimpses of this new documentary on his Instagram story and reiterated the mindset required to become the greatest of all time.

The charming Irishman has come a long way to achieve the success he enjoys today. Coming from a small town, Conor has well and truly made his way to the elite list of top world fighters. His sheer determination and hard work seems to have impressed GOAT Tom Brady, who recently gave a shout-out to the UFC star.

Tom Brady promotes McGregor’s new Netflix docuseries

McGregor’s documentary made its debut on May 17 on Netflix. The mastermind behind this project, Gotham Chopra, collaborated with Religion of Sports Productions to make it a huge success. From McGregor’s childhood to the grand stage of the UFC, his bouts, successes, and defeats, everything has been closely captured in the series.

In fact, the project was started a couple of years ago. It involved some of McGregor’s personal interviews, his post-game antics inside the Octagon, cheeky press conferences, and a lot more. All in all, it’s an entire package, and fans will definitely love it.

To promote this four-part documentary on a much larger scale, NFL legend Tom Brady shared a motivational snippet on his Instagram story. “I feel strong in my mind. I always do, I don’t let defeat faze me. The true champions can come back. The true champions rise again. And I am a true champion,” said McGregor’s in the snippet.

Director Gotham Chopra speaks more on this project

Gotham Chopra is a mastermind when it comes to documenting the journey of superstar athletes. Even before starting his work on McGregor’s series, Chopra had already narrated inspirational tales of LeBron James and Tom Brady. “We were going to tell a comeback story, but it turned into something with a lot more depth than that,” Chopra said about Conor’s series, per The Sun.

With Conor, there’s this public person and this one-man carnival act that’s out there. But there is also this kind of reflective, self-aware, thoughtful, and articulate man inside there. He’s a great character,” he added. It will be interesting to see the latest responses from the viewers of this documentary series.
