The wait is finally over. The Chiefs and Texans are playing the first game of the 2020 season in a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship.
At Arrowhead, NFL fans finally got a glimpse of what socially distanced crowds may look like amid the coronavirus pandemic. Although there are just 16,000 fans in attendance, they have been pretty loud on 3rd downs here in the first half.
The Chiefs are 1 of just 4 NFL teams who have chosen to allow limited fan attendance for home games amid the coronavirus pandemic. 26 teams will not allow fans in attendance and the remaining 2 teams have not officially announced their plans.
