NORWICH CITY VS MANCHESTER CITY DREAM11 PREDICTION:
Formation: 4-4-2
GOALKEEPER
Ederson Moraes: Manchester City have a team which can maintain possession for fun. The Brazilian is benefitted in this way, although their defence could go for a walk without Laporte. He’s a very good reader of the game and makes plenty of interventions to bail his side out.
DEFENDERS
Max Aarons: Max Aarons operates through the right-back position for the Canaries. The English International has a burst of pace to take on defenders and do the job in the defensive and offensive areas of the pitch. He can score goals and cut down the threat in the counter-attacks.
Nicolas Otamendi: Nicolas Otamendi will be the main man for Pep Guardiola. John Stones could start the game, but there’s no real assurance. He can score goals from the set pieces and pick out passes from the backline.
Ben Godfrey: Ben Godfrey is another Norwich City defender. The young centre-back has struggled to find his feet during early days of the Premier League stage, but he can score goals from the set-pieces. He has found the back of the net four times last season and could do the damage in this game.
Oleksandr Zinchenko: In the absence of Benjamin Mendy, Oleksandr Zinchenko has stood up to the task. The Ukranian International will once again start in the left defensive flank. He does the job in the defensive and offensive part of the game. He can create chances and score on his own.
MIDFIELDERS
Todd Cantwell: Todd Cantwell is a cardinal player to Norwich City’s system. He makes plenty of runs inside the box to score goals. He can also create chances for his teammates by picking out beautiful deliveries.
Kevin De Bruyne (VC): Kevin De Bruyne has mustered one goal and six assists from four appearances this season. He also secured three assists when away with the Belgian side. It has been a phenomenal midfielder for the attacking midfielder, who is hoping to carry his side to numerous trophies this season.
Emi Buendia: Emi Buendia has two assists from four games for the Canaries. His chemistry with Teemu Pukki has caused trouble to their opponents. He also has an eye for goals from long-rangers to cause shockwaves frequently.
Bernardo Silva: Bernardo Silva has been in and out of the side till date. However, the Portuguese International was the best player for the Citizens last season. He can score goals and make goals for others with his supreme deliveries too.
ATTACKERS
Raheem Sterling (C): Raheem Sterling has been in phenomenal form since the kick start of last season. The English International has already found the back of the net six times, and could further add more numbers to it on Saturday. He is an integral part of Manchester City’s attacking lineup, possessing the tendency to play through either of the wings, unlike many others.
Teemu Pukki: Teemu Pukki is the Premier League’s Player of the Month. He’s bagged five goals from opening four games. If he’s provided with the much-needed creativity, Pukki’s clinical nature in front of the goal will come to Norwich’s aid once again. However, it remains to be seen as the Canaries try to penetrate through the opponent’s half. It might not happen because Pep Guardiola’s side foul the most in the league.
