Aaron Ramsey scores the first goal for Arsenal in the 16th minute of the game against Tottenham Hotspur.
Arsenal took the lead with a brilliant counter-attack led by Alexandre Lacazette in the North London derby.
Aaron Ramsey scored the goal through an excellent finish after Lacazette won the header against Davinson Sanchez and passed the ball to the Welshman.
Earlier, Harry Kane lost the ball in a dangerous area while being on the attack.
This is Aaron Ramsey’s final North London derby as the Welsh midfielder will be leaving the side for Italian side Juventus at the end of the season.
Arsenal registered a 4-2 win in the first North London derby in December earlier this season and will aim to replicate a similar scoreline today.
Mesut Ozil and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang were on the bench for the North London derby but are expected to come in the second half for the side.

Arsenal fans must be pleased to see his celebrations after the game. The Welshman was obviously hyped up after the goal, knowing that this was his final North London derby of the career.
As he put the ball past Hugo Lloris, he turned to Tottenham’s fans and shouted, “this is my fu***** pitch!”

Unai Emery surprisingly gave Aaron Ramsey a start in the North London derby, benching the likes of Ozil, Aubameyang and Torreira.

Only Aaron Ramsey (6) has provided more assists for Arsenal in this season’s Premier League than Sead Kolasinac (5).

Update: The game ended in a draw, which means that Arsenal now risk falling down to as low as sixth in the league.
