Paul Pogba opened the goalscoring for Manchester United against West Ham with a coolly taken penalty.
The French midfielder scored the first goal for Manchester United with a well-taken penalty.
Manchester United dominated most of the ball possession in the opening minutes of the game. However, West Ham were quick on the break and almost took the lead, but the shot was ruled out for offside.
Juan Mata was then fouled just inside the box by Robert Snodgrass as he attempted to take a shot on Anthony Martial’s pass.
Paul Pogba took the penalty and coolly gave Manchester United the lead in the game.
Paul Pogba goal vs West Ham:
The French midfielder has been quiet for quite some time. Paul Pogba’s performances dipped ever since his comments on a Real Madrid move.
However, he showed promises in the game against Barcelona where he efficiently kept Sergio Busquets at bay throughout the game.
Pogba was finally rewarded with a goal today.
