Philippe Coutinho claims to not join Manchester United out of respect for Liverpool

Philippe Coutinho claims to not join Manchester United ever to respect his relations with the arch rivals Liverpool amidst speculations.

Philippe Coutinho has become a subject of transfer away from Barcelona this summer, as his underwhelming performances with the Catalan club this season have sparked his transfer speculations.

Recently, the Brazilian International was reportedly linked to a move to Manchester United, as the Red Devils seek attacking options upfront.

However, according to a report by the SkySports reveals that Coutinho disregarded the links and emphasized, he will never go to Manchester United to respect his relations with Liverpool.

On the other hand, hierarchy at Barcelona are willing to send Coutinho away, if they receive a decent offer for the Brazilian International this summer.

It is also rumoured that the 27-year-old midfielder is also reportedly linked with Liverpool, as Jurgen Klopp sees him as a viable option to increase depth in the squad.

Coutinho is also linked to join PSG and join his Brazil’s teammate Neymar, since the latter wants to play with Coutinho at the club level and has requested to the French giants over his inclusion.

Whereas, it is also further reported that Coutinho has admitted about his recent poor form and accepted that his future is away from the Catalan giants.

Thus, giving a reason to Manchester United to inquire about the Brazilian International from Barcelona. However, the above claim by Coutinho nullifies all the attempts by the Red Devils.

As it seems, Barcelona are in no rush to sell Coutinho this summer, as the Brazilian International is still favoured by Ernesto Valverde.
