Ravindra Jadeja no-ball vs South Africa: Watch Indian all-rounder bowls a five-bounce delivery to Faf du Plessis

Ravindra Jadeja no-ball vs South Africa: The Indian all-rounder bowled a hilarious no-ball which was left alone by the opposition captain.

During the third day of the first Test of the ongoing South Africa’s tour of India in Visakhapatnam, India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja bowled a hilarious delivery which was eventually called as a no-ball.

It all happened on what would have been the last delivery of the 39th over. Bowling to South Africa captain Faf du Plessis, Jadeja bowled a five-bounce delivery as the ball didn’t come out of his hand in the desired manner.

Du Plessis, who had the chance of gaining some easy runs after hitting the ball anywhere he wanted, restrained from doing so and let the ball travel to India wicket-keeper Wriddhiman Saha.

Opening batsman Dean Elgar (76 not out) and du Plessis (48 not out) stitched a 90-run partnership until lunch to give some stability to their innings. India fast bowler Ishant Sharma had found Temba Bavuma wanting in front of the stumps to dismiss the fourth South Africa batsman in the morning.

After India captain Virat Kohli won the toss and chose to bat, the hosts posted a brilliant 502/7 dec. in 136 overs. Opening batsmen in Mayank Agarwal (215) and Rohit Sharma (176) had stitched a 317-run partnership to provide a formidable start to their team.
