The Los Blancos are positive about Gareth Bale renewing his Real Madrid contract.

The exits of Zinedine Zidane and Cristiano Ronaldo took place in less than two months, one behind the other. For Real Madrid fans, it was something very difficult to digest. The Whites lost one of their best manager in history and the best player in the world despite a successful season.

Real Madrid then took a decision of appointing former Spain boss Julen Lorpetegui as head coach. His beautiful style of football has tipped Real Madrid to do well in the upcoming season. The Madridistas are now looking forward to what lies ahead of them eagerly even despite losing their star man.

The Whites were also expected to part ways with Gareth Bale, however, warm news has emerged from the dugout at the Valdebebas. The Welshman is now set to stay in spite of being rumoured to be heading back to the Premier League.

The former Tottenham Hotspur man signed on a world record fee in 2013 and did brilliantly. Real Madrid will now build its team around Gareth Bale, looking to make him a free scoring player. The Wales international will have to make sure from his part that he leaves his injury woes behind his back.

According to Marca, Real Madrid believes that nobody in the squad right now boasts his potential and desire to prove himself to the critics, and he is definitely set to be a franchise player. The 29 year old is up to the challenge. On the other hand, Karim Benzema who was linked with several other clubs- mainly those in Italy- has confirmed that he will stay at the club for his tenth season.

Among others, plays like Isco, Lucas Vazquez and Marco Asensio are also set to have bigger roles at the club. This was due to their impression under the eyes of Lorpetegui and suitability to play his preferred game.
