Gareth Bale, who moved to the capital city of Spain in 2013 is under enormous pressure to deliver. That overload was on him following Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure to Juventus last summer.
The pressure got to him, but he is not able to deliver at the biggest stages and bail out his club like his former teammate. Besides, there was a certain incident which has infuriated the supporters.

“I’m thrilled with how he went out there and he looked hungry when he got on the pitch. He clinched the win for us and worked extremely hard. When we went down to 10 he was running for two up top and I thought he had a great game.
“You have an awful lot more eyes than we do, but we’re there and what I saw is how hungry he was to get on the pitch and help the team. I’m very pleased, he can celebrate the goals however he likes.” said Solari.
After the victory over Levante, two games against Barcelona beckoned in the Copa Del Rey and La Liga. But, the reigning Champions League winners lost both the games and Gareth Bale lasted for just 83 minutes in these couple of games. Besides, he was booed by the Santiago Bernabeu for that one-hour of traumatic performance.
His injury record over the years is another factor which might force Florentino Perez to cash in on him in the summer transfer window. Over the last few months, Real Madrid’s interest in Christian Eriksen has been very well known to the public.
