Rohit Sharma could not appear for the Yo Yo Test initially as he was not in the country due to prior commitments. It was later reported that Rohit will appear for the Test on Sunday. The date got postponed to Tuesday and then it was further postponed to Wednesday i.e. today.
Some reports also suggested that Rohit was given multiple chances for passing the test. After Rohit successfully cleared the test, he first posted a photo on Instagram breaking the news to the fans.
Sometime later he posted on Twitter and advised the reporters to verify before reporting anything. He wrote, “Dear… it’s no ones business how & where I spend my time.I’m entitled to have time off as long as I follow protocol.Let’s debate some real news shall we & to a few channels,I had just 1 chance to clear my yo-yo that was today.Verification before reporting is always a good idea.”
