Romelu Lukaku gave the side the lead in the first half with a brilliant link-up play with Luke Shaw.
The defender has been in sublime form ever since the game against Liverpool last weekend, and continued with the same energy against Palace.
Lukaku doubled the lead in the second half as he scored with an excellent finish. With this goal, the Belgian striker entered double figures in the Premier League.
He has now scored 10 goals in 25 games for the side.
