Sachin Tendulkar makes a shocking revelation about his biopic

Sachin Tendulkar’s biopic is all set to hit the silver screen on 26th May, and cricket fans all over the country wait with bated breaths to relive Sachin’s inspiring cricket journey and revisit their childhood once again.

Tendulkar held a special screening for the Indian team before they left for the Champions Trophy, but there was one notable absentee, as Anil Kumble wasn’t to be seen with his side.

Anil Kumble later tweeted his reasons for not being able to make it to the screening, as he had to be present at the technical committee meeting of the ICC.

“Hey @sachin_rt, I’m in London for the cricket committee so won’t make it for @SachinTheFilm premiere. (1/2)”

He then went on to give his heartfelt wishes for the success of his movie.

“Best wishes! I am sure the team & everyone will enjoy it. (2/2)”

Sachin later acknowledged Kumble’s wishes and said that he would have loved to have him at the premier, along with the entire team, and that his presence was surely missed.

The master blaster then went on to wish Kumble for a successful Champions Trophy campaign, hoping that he and his boys bring back the trophy home.

“Missed you at the premiere, @anilkumble1074. It would have been great to have you with the team. Sending my best wishes to you for #CT17”
