Solskjaer on Man Utd squad: The Norwegian manager has commented on the players’ mentality during the tour to Dubai.
The Manchester United squad are currently in Dubai, where they are undertaking warm-weather training sessions. There has been a significant change in players’ performances ever since the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, which has lifted the mood at Old Trafford.
Manchester United are yet to draw or lose in any of the five games under the Norwegian, and the side advanced to the fourth round of the FA Cup after a 2-0 win over Reading last weekend.
They’re drawn with Arsenal at Emirates in the next round of the domestic cup tournament.
Meanwhile, Solskjaer has talked in detail about the mentality among the Manchester United players, insisting that the players ‘fighting’ amongst each other is a sign of a winning mentality.

“You don’t have to be best friends,” Solskjaer told MUTV. “The team spirit is great. We had one or two fights, but that’s just the demand, the standards you set.”

The Norwegian manager believes that the ‘fighting’ amongst the players is a sign of improvement.
