SRH Playing 11 today

SRH Playing 11 today: The Sportsrush presents before you SRH’s Predicted Playing 11 for their 11th match of IPL 2019 vs RR.

Match number 47 in the frontier Indian Premier League sees the festival move to the Sawai Mansingh stadium. In the midst of Jaipur, Rajasthan Royals will be taking on the Sunrisers Hyderabad. This is definitely going to be a cracker of a match with both sides looking to give nothing away come Saturday night.

For the visitors in SRH, their regular captain Kane Williamson comes back after having missed the last match. With Jonny Bairstow having left for England to fulfill national duties, Wriddhiman Saha will take up the role of the wicket-keeper.

Having stumbled against the Super Kings last time around, SRH need to ensure they get back to winning ways come this encounter. It’s a game of fine margins at this stage, one where your slightest slip-up will be pounced upon by your opponents.

With this in mind, SRH will be looking to field out the best playing XI and construct yet another framework of an impeccable performance.

Top-order

With Bairstow no longer available for the side, it leaves a huge gaping hole in the outfit especially given the steady start he and David Warner had time and time given their outfit this season. The opening partnership with the most number of 50 run stands between them, the two had put on a century stand of 110 runs the last time the two sides had met in 9.4 overs, one that had seen the Sunrisers ease past what was a humongous target of 199.

Replacing Bairstow will be Wriddhiman Saha who’ll come out to open with this year’s leading run-scorer. While Bairstow is a loss, the return of the ever dependable Kane Willamson at No. 3 will strongly add the much needed stability to SRH at No. 3.

Middle-order

Following up in the middle-order will be Manish Pandey, a player who finally played an innings of some worth the last time around. He’ll be followed up by Vijay Shankar, Shakib and Deepak in a lower middle-order that despite not enduing the most of confidence throughout this season is one that is more than capable of chipping in with some crucial runs.

Expect Yusuf Pathan to be dropped with Williamson coming back in, with the batsman having endured a sordid time in the league, failing to make the repeated faith entrusted in him by his outfit consistently.

Bowlers

Spearheaded by Bhuvneshwar Kumar, SRH will not look to play around with their bowling combination given how well it’s performed for them in recent times.

Khaleel Ahmed has been given a clear gameplan of using his slower deliveries, something has served him and his side well. The pace battery will be completed by Sandeep Sharma who’s seen a downward slide in his form of late, something SRH will be wishing can be overturned.

It’s the spin department which will play an important role in this encounter on a surface where the ball grips and deviates sharply. With Rashid Khan and Shakib as their turners, the two give SRH a substantial edge over RR, something that will be prove to be extremely fruitful for the side.
