The (Un)Real Interview with Jose Mourinho and Paul Pogba

TheSportsRush brings The (Un)Real Interview with Jose Mourinho and Paul Pogba as the duo continues to be on the headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho’s relationship has been among the headlines for Manchester United more than their performances on the field this year. There relationship has been on the rocks ever since Mourinho benched the Frenchman for the Champions League knock-out match against Sevilla in February.

In this season, Mourinho seemingly tried to revive their relationship, as he captained Pogba for the Premier League opener. Come September- Pogba is stripped-off of his vice-captaincy, and the duo was later caught arguing during a training session.

Today, however, we pull the curtains up to reveal the truth behind the most intimidating and exciting story in football – What actually is wrong with media  Pogba and Mourinho?

Hello Jose. Hello Paul. How are you?

Jose: “Thank you, I’m fine.”

Paul: “Thank you, I’m fined.”

Well, alright. Let’s talk about your relationship. It has not exactly been on the track since the Champions League leg. Am I right?

Jose: “Well, I have to admit, yes. It was tough, to be very honest. Not an easy decision, mind you. But I decided to do it.”

Paul: “I still can’t believe it happened, to be honest. How can you not like my Instagram post, Jose?”

What? Wait, it all happened because Jose didn’t like your Instagram post?

Jose: “I had reasons. He posted a picture of him relaxing on the pitch. He clicked it after I specifically told him to join the team in the bus.”

Paul: “He was making a bus formation on the pitch, for god’s sake!”

Jose: “We will keep my tactics out of this conversation, please.”

Right, right, gentlemen. Let’s not fight here. The whole world is under the impression that benching Pogba ignited the fire in your relationship.

Jose: “You’re talking as if we played the match.”

Paul: “Right. We didn’t. They played us for 90 minutes.”

So you’re since fighting, just because of that Instagram post?

Jose: “You think that’s childish? Try dabbing.”

Paul: “Don’t you start here, Jose. And as for the question, what do you mean by ‘just because of that Instagram post?’ I only received 132,000 likes on that post. That is less than the number of times fans have called for Jose to be sacked.”

Please tell us something about the video from the training ground which was published online.

Jose: “I was instructing my players.”

Paul: “Very detailed answer, Jose. Let me tell you. As I crossed him, he called out for Matic, Fred and Andreas Pereira. He shouted, “You three, attacking drills! Rest of the midfielders, defensive drills!”. It was intentional.

Jose: “Stop crying. I’m the manager here. I’ll ask for whatever I want from my players.”

Can we see your relationship improving in the future?

Jose: “I’m ready, to be honest.”

Paul: “It has as much of a chance of improving as Manchester United has for the Premier League with Jose Mourinho.”

Jose: “It’s good to see that you think positively, Paul.”

Paul: “Wow. I’m out of here.”
