Jose Aldo is a veteran of the sport. In fact, many UFC fans and pundits consider him one of the greatest featherweight fighters to ever step foot inside the octagon. The Brazilian mixed martial artist has several records under his name.
However, many fans don’t know that the ex-UFC fighter also possesses amazing football skills. Although one can speculate it as Aldo hails from Brazil and they love the sport. But the former UFC champion’s skills came to notice during a charity match back in 2014.

Aldo retired after a loss at UFC 278
Although Aldo is one of the most decorated mixed martial artists of the century, he faced a bit of hardship near the end of his career. After a win in 2019, the Brazilian suffered three straight defeats.
However, he bounced back and maintained his spot in the green column by winning three fights back to back. Unfortunately, he lost against Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 278 and called it a career after that.
