In all his life as a mixed martial arts commentator, Joe Rogan has remained a loyal servant to a sport that was yet to make its climb to its meteoric rise. However, his affiliation with combat sports as a whole never wavered. Boxing has been at the helm of the game over the past century. Since the mid-1900s, boxing has provided a platform to grow itself to prominence. Unlike mixed martial arts. And that prominence garnered a lot of attention, from both sides of the lens.
Joe Rogan has seen a number of boxing greats step foot into the patented squared circle. The likes of Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran, Manny Pacquiao, and so on and so forth. But none like Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather.
Floyd Mayweather’s rise to eminence was a product of his hard work and commitment to fulfilling his potential. The American is credited with devising and perfecting the most practical strategy in combat sports: defense.
Yet it was his unwavering devotion to being adept at his field that made him stand out from his competitors during his 20-year-old career. Joe Rogan himself can attest to just how meticulous his allegiance to sport is.

Joe Rogan shares his thoughts on Floyd Mayweather!
The Joe Rogan Experience is one of the foremost podcasts on the planet today. Rogan has directly overseen the growth of his podcast over the past decade.
On an episode of his podcast with former interim UFC lightweight champion, Dustin Poirier, Rogan disclosed a ludicrous story about Mayweather and his zeal for boxing.

Rogan said:
“Floyd would famously run home from the nightclub. So he would go out in Vegas, and he’d be partying. It looked like he was partying, he was drinking water. And then he would have his driver drive and..with his pants on, jeans on, he would jog home. I mean the dude was always training, always training. He never got out of shape.”
For the ones who have been avid supporters of the sport, this would not be news to them. In fact, in hindsight, it was his astonishing love and hard work toward the sport that enabled him to retire as one of the rare undefeated boxers of all time.

Floyd Mayweather’s principal trait!
Mayweather retired from the sport of boxing as the greatest defensive boxer that the sport has had the honour to witness. His ’50-0′ record is a testament to that. ‘Money Mayweather’ perfected the art of hitting and not being hit.
And although he was great at the former, it was the latter that helped make him his vast amount of wealth. Against the likes of some of the greatest boxers alive as well. Simply a magnificent accomplishment.
