Conor McGregor Netflix Documentary

Conor McGregor, the former UFC two-weight champion, recently dropped the first-ever teaser of his upcoming documentary McGregor Forever. The four-series documentary will air on Netflix before McGregor’s UFC return against fellow lightweight star Michael Chandler. ‘The Notorious’ previously talked about the project several times in his interviews. He also claimed to have taken up the role of an executive producer for his docuseries. This generated a lot of excitement among the fans.

The wait appears to be over as the former UFC champion just posted a sneak peek of the series on social media. He also shared further information about his Netflix documentary. Let’s have a look.

Conor McGregor drops teaser of his Netflix documentary

‘The Notorious’ posted a glimpse of his four-part Netflix documentary titled ‘McGregor Forever’ on his official Instagram page. The series will be aired on May 17, 2023, per the UFC superstar.

“You heard it here first. My brand new documentary series McGregor Forever is coming to @Netflix on May 17! The only place to hear my true story, which is just getting started!” McGregor wrote in the caption.

The video shows the UFC superstar in a hospital bed, where he talks about his injury. McGregor stated that he almost thought his career was over. But flipped his mindset during his recovery journey.

According to reports, the four-part documentary will provide a glimpse into the effort and commitment the Irishman put up to become where he is now. There will be four episodes in the series, each lasting one hour. The majority of it will also focus on McGregor’s conflict both inside and outside the cage. ‘McGregor Forever’ will also provide insight into the struggles and setbacks that ‘The Notorious’ had following a terrible leg injury that occurred in his career.

Conor McGregor’s UFC return

After his win in 2020, ‘The Notorious’ lost back-to-back fights against his arch-nemesis Dustin Poirier. In their third fight in 2021, McGregor suffered a leg break. However, the Irishman has completely recovered from the injury and is ready to be back in action.

Earlier this year, the UFC announced that McGregor will headline a pay-per-view later this year. He is set to take on former Bellator star Michael Chandler. The Dubliner in a recent interview also shared the timeline of the fight.

However, the date, venue, or weight class of the mega fight is yet not been officially announced by the UFC. Thus, fans will have to wait for some more time. McGregor’s back in the game and is even honing his wrestling skills. Thus, it is very likely that fans will get to see an improved McGregor on his return.
