UFC President Dana White put forth his opines regarding, Kamaru Usman VS Jorge Masvidal, Mike Perry, and what possibility UFC 251 may bring.
Not even a week has passed since it became official, Kamaru Usman VS Jorge Masvidal has become a global talking point. The hype that the fight is getting has only augmented the scale of UFC 251. And now Dana White in the pre event press conference, proclaimed that this contest is as big as the Conor-Khabib fight.
Here’s what he said,
“This thing is trending off the charts. This thing is trending higher than a Conor McGregor fight. The only thing this fight is comparable to is Conor-Khabib.”

Dana White on What Happens If Jorge Masvidal Wins
Jorge Masvidal has all the momentum behind him. The Welterweight who was not even on the poster of UFC 251 a week ago, is now headlining the event. So, what if “Gamebred”, take this flow forward, and registers a victory. What will happen then? When a question of similar context was asked to Dana White, with Conor McGregor also added in contention. The president replied, following UFC 251 Conor McGregor VS Jorge Masvidal could be the biggest fight in UFC (Rephrased). However, it should be noted that Conor McGregor is retired as of now.

Dana White On Mike Perry
Following a video, in which Mike Perry could be seen throwing a punch at an older person, surfaced, the UFC took the incidence to its notice, and released a statement,

Now, Dana has also opened up about the episode and said, “I saw this coming in the last several months with Mike Perry. He obviously needs some help. That’s not normal behavior.”
However, no action has been taken on Perry, who has remained silent ever since the altercation took place.
