Conor McGregor Michael Chandler

Conor McGregor’s return to the octagon has been the talking point for quite some time now. ‘The Notorious’ was last seen in action against Dustin Poirier in a trilogy bout back in July 2021. However, the Irishman suffered a nasty leg injury which sidelined him for nearly two years. Interestingly, he is now finally ready to make his UFC comeback. Earlier this year, it was announced that Conor McGregor will go up against Michael Chandler in the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter and the two will square off inside the octagon following the end of the season.

However, many fans are worried about McGregor after witnessing Chandler inside the gym regularly, unlike the Irishman. Let’s check out what fans have to say about it.

Fans react to Michael Chandler’s physique and suggest Conor McGregor is screwed

While a date and venue for the mega-fight between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler is yet to be announced, it looks like ‘Iron’ is already in the gym preparing for the clash.

Chandler recently took to Instagram to share a post where he flaunted his ripped physique. The same has left the fans baffled, and many suggest that ‘The Notorious’ might be screwed. Take a look at some of the fan reactions below:

While taking a dig at the former champion, one fan wrote, “Conor is screwed man.”

Another fan lauded Chandler for his ripped physique. He wrote, “Animal.”

One fan aimed at ‘The Notorious’ and said, “Good luck Conor.”

While displaying worry for McGregor, one fab wrote, “Man he is going to destroy McGregor.”

It is worth noting that despite the fact that he will most likely return to the octagon later this year, Conor McGregor is often seen partying and enjoying himself rather than training and getting in shape for a fight. Considering the fact that he has been out of the octagon for quite some time, this will certainly not do the Irishman any favors.

Conor McGregor faced off with Mike Perry at BKFC 41

‘The Notorious’ was recently in attendance at the BKFC 41 event. The event was headlined by a bout between two former UFC stars Mike Perry and Luke Rockhold.

Rockhold seemingly gave up in the middle of the second round of the fight because of injury. Thus, Perry was awarded a TKO victory. However, that wasn’t the most unexpected moment of the night.

Following his win, Perry went on to call out Conor McGregor to do a face-off. ‘The Notorious’ then proceeded to make his way into the ring. Interestingly, while doing so, McGregor even had the BKFC championship belt wrapped around his shoulders, which left fans wondering about the Irishman potentially making his way into the world of bare-knuckle fighting.

What are your thoughts about McGregor’s presence at BKFC 41? What do you guys think about Chandler’s ripped physique?
