UFC Heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic shares his thoughts on the forthcoming Heavyweight title rematch with Francis Ngannou. The fight is scheduled to take place on March 27.
The fight which was inevitable yet prolonged to an extent is finally on a fight card. Stipe Miocic Vs. Francis Ngannou was a confirmed bout, however, it took a sizeable period to attach it with a Pay-Per-View. After a considerable stretch, the fight is set to headline the forthcoming UFC 260 marquee show.
With the heavyweight title on the line, the stakes will be high and expectedly both fighters will leave no stone unturned. This is going to be their second meeting in the Octagon, in the previous one Stipe outscored Nagannou comprehensively.
Three years have passed since the two last met in the Octagon, and in the stretch, Ngaanou has gone back to being a destroyer.

Ngannou’s incredible run of four first-round finishes in a row has given a “much-anticipated” tag to the rematch, and there is a popular opinion that this time Ngannou may get the better of Miocic. The Heavyweight Champion though isn’t concerned with the ongoing form of the Predator and believes UFC 260 will witness the repeat of UFC 220.

Stipe Miocic On His Rematch With Francis Ngannou
Stipe Miocic recently conversed with the host of “Oral Sessions” podcast, Renee Paquette, and expressed thoughts about his upcoming match with Francis Ngannou. In the chat, Stipe acknowledged the power his opponent possesses but, say he has the planned adjustments which will make sure that the title strap does not change hands.
“Francis is a super tough guy,” Miocic said. “He’s been knocking everyone out again and he’s on a tear, and unfortunately he’s going to have to fight me again. That’s the bad part. He’s definitely gotten better, but so have I.
