On several occasions, Rogan has used his podcast to accuse The Rock of using steroids, which has only made their relationship worse. In addition to The Rock, Rogan has also spoken at length about Liver King and his use of steroids.
In a recent episode of his podcast, Joe Rogan brought up the topic of Liver King and The Rock once again. Rogan stated that The Rock should follow in Liver King’s footsteps and come clean about his alleged steroid use.

In a moment of goodwill between the two, Dwayne Johnson posted a photo of himself working out with a Gorilla weight set. Joe Rogan seized the opportunity to speak kindly of his friend, calling him “s*xy” and “handsome.”
He also praised Johnson for his ability to inspire others, showing that at one point in time, the two had a positive rapport.

Joe Rogan is known for his outspoken and sometimes controversial statements, and he recently spoke about the Liver King steroid controversy on his podcast. During this conversation, he also called out Dwayne Johnson, asking him to come clean about his alleged steroid use.
He said, “He should make a video in response to the Liver King video. I need to talk to you because the Rock’s been lying. There’s not a fu*king chance in hell he’s clean.”
Rogan went so far as to suggest that Johnson should make a video addressing the topic, similar to what Liver King did. He also stated that he believes Johnson is not clean and that if he claims to be, he’s lying.
