Unai Emery's passionate reaction to Joe Willock's recovery tackle is being loved by Arsenal fans

Unai Emery’s passionate reaction to Joe Willock’s recovery tackle on Jonjo Shelvey from the game-week 1 is being loved by Arsenal fans.

Arsenal fans were worried after Unai Emery released Arsenal’s lineup against Newcastle, as he gave chance to young stars Reiss Nelson and Joe Willock and kept Alexandre Lacazette and Dani Ceballos on the bench.

Despite it, Arsenal managed to seal three points against Newcastle on their first Premier League game of the season, with the help of Pierre Emrick Aubameyang’s strike to win the game 1-0.

Apart from all this, one thing which gained massive limelight is Emery’s reaction to Joe Willock’s recovery tackle on Jonjo Shelvey after he lost the ball. The teenager got up and chased down Shelvey to win back possession with a sliding tackle.

Footage has emerged showing the Spaniard’s reaction on the sidelines to Willock’s tackle and he celebrated it like Arsenal had scored a goal. Willock had a promising game, and he certainly stood up to Emery’s expectations.

Later, when talked to Emery about both the young inclusions into the lineup, the Spanish manager after Arsenal’s match against Newcastle got over.

“Good. They are young, they need to get confidence, to get experience. But we need to be winning. We are helping them but pushing them and our demand is a very big demand. said Emery.

“They need to do one process and sometimes it’s playing like today and sometimes it’s maybe starting on the bench. But above all, they are going to be with us [for the season].” he further said.

Emery is known for his passion on the field, and with the crisis at Arsenal this year, the squad really need a manager to always keep them on toes, and Emery is probably doing his job in that department.
